All rooms in the PIO Retirement Home are double rooms, designed to provide maximum comfort and privacy. The rooms are spacious, modern, and airy, ensuring a pleasant and healthy living environment. Each room has its own bathroom, providing our residents with an additional level of privacy and comfort.
To ensure the highest standard of living for our residents, all rooms are equipped with:
- SOS System: For the safety and peace of mind of our residents, the SOS system allows for quick and efficient assistance in case of any need.
- WiFi Network: Wireless internet is available in all rooms, enabling residents to stay connected with their families and friends, as well as enjoy online content.
- Television: Each room has its own TV, providing residents with the option to enjoy their favorite shows, movies, and series.

Determining the Price of Senior Care Home Accommodation
The pricing for accommodation in a senior care home is based on the resident’s health condition. The process involves several steps:
1. Health Assessment: Experts at the senior care home conduct a detailed evaluation of the resident’s health. This assessment includes physical, mental, and emotional aspects.
2. Determining the Category (Level) of the Resident: Based on the obtained information, the resident is classified into an appropriate category or level that reflects their need for support and care. Categories may vary but generally include:
• Independent Residents: Individuals who are largely self-sufficient and do not require constant care.
• Partially Independent Residents: Individuals who need occasional assistance with certain activities.
• Residents with High Care Needs: Individuals who require constant medical care and support.
3. Setting the Price: Once the resident’s category is determined, the accommodation price is established. A higher level of care usually results in higher costs due to the additional resources and specialized staff required to provide adequate care.
In this way, the cost of accommodation in a senior care home directly depends on the resident’s health condition and is based on the level of care and support needed.
